Mowbray going Cashless

With effect from 1 December 2024, Mowbray will no longer be accepting cash payments at the bar.

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Digital Payment providers and SnapScan will be accepted.

This is being done for a variety of reasons, including:

• Increased level of security
• A more efficient bar system
• More accurate accounting
• Time saving
• Improved transparency
• Better and more manageable cash flow
• Reduction of bank charges

While there may be some difficulties during the transition period, we are confident that this change will have major benefits to the club.
